The Troops integration with Microsoft Dynamics enables sales, success, and support teams to receive signals and take action right from Slack and Microsoft Teams.

This guide details some top real-time and scheduled signal use cases your team can leverage. As always, you can customize any of these signals to your team’s use case:

Real-Time

New Contact

Signal to an account executive or customer success manager when a new contact on one of their accounts is created

New Account

Signal to an account executive or customer success manager when a new account is assigned to them

Opportunity Stage, Close Date, or Amount Changes

Signal to a sales manager or a channel when key opportunity data changes

Opportunity Won/Loss Reason Missing

Signal to a sales manager or account executive when an opportunity has been closed but doesn’t include a won/loss reason

Scheduled

Leads from a Campaign

Signal to a marketing manager all of the leads created from a campaign

New Unworked Leads
