How to invite your team to create accounts

Our Users page lets you invite your teammates to Troops, and monitor how many active Troops users you have on your team.

To add new users to Troops:

  • Log in to Troops at

  • Navigate to Settings

  • Click on "Users"

  • Click "Add User" in the top right-hand corner. Here, all members of your Slack or Microsoft Teams Workspace will be listed.

  • Search for your colleague's name and click "Add"

  • You can toggle between "Standard" or "Admin" user role

Once added, user's will be prompted to accept their invitation via email:

Once logged into Troops, users will be prompted to authenticate into your organization's connected source systems.
